Soften the chocolate over a bain-marie then take it off the warmth and add the syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and cocoa powder and create a paste, stirring with a wood spoon. Add to the blender with the coconut milk, avocados, dates and apricots and mix till as clean as doable.
